Characteristics
Expresses one gRNA from U6. CAG-driven EGFP-KASH localizes to the outer nuclear membrane, enabling FANS-based isolation of transduced nuclei. Functionally equivalent to the Kumar 2018 design with a ubiquitous promoter. Smallest payload in the EGFP-KASH family.
