At Ambryon, we are committed to providing the highest quality vector biomanufacturing products, each accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis to ensure quality and consistency. Due to the highly specialized and perishable nature of our biomaterials, we generally cannot accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address issues where required by law or in cases of product defects or damage during shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customer@ambryon.com with details and supporting images. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Given the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except in cases of verifiable damage or defects. This policy ensures product integrity and compliance with safety standards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the product remains unused and in its original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our biomaterials, certain restrictions may apply.
