Triple-gRNA SpCas9 companion vector with CAG-driven mCherry for broad fluorescent verification of transduced cells.

Characteristics

Expresses three gRNAs from tandem U6 promoters. CAG-driven mCherry provides red-channel whole-cell fluorescence for visual or flow-based transduction verification. Without a KASH domain, mCherry distributes throughout the cytoplasm and nucleus.

    Applications: Multiplex 3-target CRISPR editing where FANS nuclear sorting is not required. Red channel allows co-use of GFP-tagged proteins or green channel probes in the same experiment. Useful when downstream analysis is at the whole-cell level (FACS sorting, imaging, bulk sequencing).
