Dual-gRNA SpCas9 companion vector with CAG-driven NLS-EGFP for nuclear-localized green fluorescent verification of transduced cells.

Characteristics

Expresses two gRNAs from tandem U6 promoters. CAG-driven NLS-EGFP concentrates green fluorescence in the nucleus for clear imaging-based transduction verification and nuclear segmentation. Unlike EGFP-KASH, signal fills the nucleoplasm rather than decorating the nuclear envelope.
