Characteristics
Codon-optimized BE4 variant with enhanced nuclear localization signals for improved expression and efficiency. Contains dual UGI domains to reduce indel formation and increase product purity. Editing window at positions 4-8 with NGG PAM. Achieves higher editing rates than BE3 while reducing unwanted by-products. Requires dual-AAV packaging.
