RNA Pol III Promoters

RNA polymerase III promoters transcribe small non-coding RNAs with defined start and stop sites, making them ideal for guide RNA expression in genome editing applications. Unlike RNA Pol II promoters, they produce transcripts without 5' caps or 3' poly(A) tails.
