All-in-one AAV Gene Editor

Create your own all-in-one CRISPR tool for in vitro and in vivo gene editing. This AAV is designed to carry an optional guide RNA cassette in addition to the nuclease gene, eliminating the need for separate delivery.

How many guides do you need? With options for zero to 2 guide RNA targets, you can target multiple genes simultaneously or excise a chunk of DNA in one locus for robust knockout.
