Human growth hormone DNA sequence and mRNA structure: possible alternative splicing

Determined the complete nucleotide sequence of the human growth hormone (hGH) gene, including the 3' flanking region containing the polyadenylation signal (AATAAA hexamer + downstream elements). This sequence defined the hGHpA region that was subsequently extracted as a ~250 bp cassette and incorporated into mammalian and AAV expression vectors. Not an expression vector paper—the polyA use is a downstream application of the sequence they published.
