Coding sequence taken from Addgene plasmid #163021, where it is annotated ZsGreen1. Every third-position base is G or C (63% GC overall), the pattern of codons re-chosen for mammalian expression. Relative to the native Zoanthus FP506 coding sequence (GenBank AF168422.1) it has methionine at position 66 where FP506 has asparagine; the rest of the protein is identical.
